This system had to manage massive, fragmented data streams (surveys, public reviews, POS data) and execute complex automation logic for sentiment analysis and real-time resolutions. - Workflow Automation: We implemented the Resolutions Engine and Prompt to Survey logic, allowing clients to automate time-sensitive survey deployment and trigger instant service recovery workflows (like automated apologies and alerts).
